Individual and Workshops
Sometimes people may want to work purely on their wellbeing; they may wish to learn more around sleep management or how to improve their self-care. They may be feeling stuck in where they are in their life at the moment, and may want some support around problem solving. I am happy to work with people for just a few sessions if this is all they feel they need.
